This Bmw CSL was raced in the Daytona 24-Hour events in both 1978 and 1979. It was restored in 1993 to its 1979 look. After the restoration it made its debut at the 1993 Monterey Historics and now races with vintage and club racing groups. This car ran an experimental turbo 6-cylinder in the 70′s and 80′s.
I have worked in the design field for more than thirty years, and have recently embarked on a new career path as a fine art illustrator. Originally from Liege, Belgium, I grew up near Spa and the famous road course there, which fueled a love of cars and racing that has never waned.
